Lubriplate® pure flush is a lubricating, flushing, and cleansing oil that can be used in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical processing plants any where there is a possibility of exposure of the lubricated machinery part(s) to edible products. Lubriplate® pure flush is a non-drying lubricating cleanser that can be used along with the existing lubricant in order to clean equipment of carbonaceous debris, sludge, dirt, etc., without dismantling machinery. This will save on labor costs, downtime, replacement parts, etc. Lubriplate® pure flush can be used to clean and flush bearings, gear cases, hydraulic systems, centralized lubricating systems, chain and air lines/air tools. While Lubriplate® pure flush has excellent cleaning capabilities and load carrying properties, it should always be used along with the existing lubricant at recommended treat levels for flushing and cleansing. Lubriplate® pure flush is a petroleum hydrocarbon based product. It is fully compatible with other petroleum based lubricants such as USP white mineral oil, technical white oil, paraffinic or naphthenic based mineral oils. Lubriplate® pure flush is also compatible with synthetic fluids, which are known to be compatible with petroleum based products such as polyalphaolefin (PAO) based products. Lubriplate® pure flush is also compatible with seals and elastomers, which are known to be compatible with petroleum based lubricants.
