You've spoken ... and we listened!

We are proud to announce the release of the new ShopIBT.com with many of the improvements and new features you've asked for!


Home page / Main Navigation

  • Quick access to Mini-Buyer Dashboard which features out new Rapid Reorder Tool, as well as access to Buy Lists, recent Order History, and recent Quotes
  • Brand new Featured Products and Featured Categories carousels
  • New pages describing the Services and business Solutions IBT proudly offers its customers
  • Custom Item request page — where you can ask our team for help locating that hard to find, or even hard to identify, part you need to replace

AI-Enhanced Search

  • We’ve now powered our search engine with AI so it can learn how YOU search, what you filter to, and ultimately add to your Cart so in the future those items appear higher in your search results — which will save you time!
  • Our AI search tool will also start showing you related accessories, what buyers like yourself ultimately bought, and make suggestions based on your buying habits to make your experience much more streamlined and efficient

My Dashboard 

  • Completely redesigned and dramatically more efficient. Here you’ll find links to all of your account related information as well as access to My Lists, My Quotes, Saved Orders, Order History, and Requisitions
  • You’ll also find a listing of your Recent Orders and Recently View Products
  • Make this page your home page to skip having to click around each time you log in!

My Lists

  • Now features an auto-generated “Recently Purchased” list for you to use as a resource for research or quick re-ordering
  • Added the “Product Tags” to each list item so you can permanently store your notes about item description, location, or usage in your facility.  You can search these tags for ease of locating them at a later time
  • Added the ability to export Buy Lists into CSV/Excel file so you can copy/paste in POs or whatever resource you need the information for.

Order History

  • As many of you requested, we’ve added “Invoice Number” as a searchable field in the table.  
  • You are now able to search Order History by Order Number, Invoice Number, PO Number, Item Number, Product Description, Purchase Date, and Purchase Amount.
  • You can add items from your Buy List, or even add the entire list, to your Shopping Cart in one easy click.


Product Detail page

  • See any Product Tags you may have created
  • View Related Accessories
  • View Warehouse Availability — Not just within your local branch, but across all the IBT branches.

Shopping Cart/Checkout

  • Now you can export your shopping cart in either PDF or CSV/Excel format so you can use that information to create Purchase Orders in whatever system or application you use.  The export will contain all the details you need: Brand, Description, Quantity, Price, and Extended Price
  • Checkout page has been reduced to a single page for a much quicker and efficient checkout process
